The annual ASANA Conference is scheduled for February 26-28, 1999 and will be held at the University of Texas in Austin. The final schedule has not been set, but the sessions will start Friday morning and will continue on Saturday. There may be some meetings and/or presentations on Sunday morning. A Conference dinner will be held on Saturday night.
After January 26, they will turn over the block of rooms and then your special conference rate will not be guaranteed. The rate is $105.00/night plus tax. Mention the ASANA Conference when making your reservation. All reservations must be guaranteed to a credit card or a deposit of the first night room and tax. All cancellations must be received by 6:00 pm on the day of arrival to avoid charges. Check-in is at 3:00 pm and checkout is by noon. They will try to accommodate an early check-in when rooms are available, but they cannot guarantee check-in before 3:00 pm. Conference registration will be sent in January.
