Academic Staff

Many academics are working throughout the world on Australian subjects. Locating and staying in touch with each other can be difficult. A major objective of the "Australian Studies Network" is to facilitate such communication. The list includes name, university affiliation, department, subject area, email address and web site address.

Please Note: This list is new and rather tentative. There will be some errors. But it is a start. For the present, this listing will include only those academics permanently located "off-shore" and actively involved in teaching and/or research of Australian-related subjects. Separate list will be established for post-graduates and visiting academics. The names included have been drawn from all available sources - mailing lists, membership rosters, other web sites, university and government agencies, etc. If doubt exist, the name has been included. Expanding and refining this listing requires your help.

Academics are encouraged to provide us with information to be entered on (or removed from) this page. If you have a personal WWW site, please give us the address so others may visit. We can also create and maintain a basic web site for you through the "Australian Studies Network" - at no charge.
