The University of Sydney has created an Australian Literature Database which includes a collection of 18th, 19th, and early 20th Century Australian Texts. Many are full text and searchable.
An ambitious web-based project called Picture of Health by Paul Turnbull and others is under construction. This includes extensive articles and original documents related to medical topics in Australia. There is much on the AIF (First World War).
